Lamps & Lamp Shades Division
We have established a strong foothold in the highly competitive industry. The Lamps & Lamp Shades Division at Associated Lighting Company is a testimony to our huge presence at the global platform. Our unit, backed by a team of creative and innovative designers, comes up with a spell binding range of lighting solutions from time to time. Exquisitely designed and crafted to perfection, each item is a masterpiece. It is due to all these factors that we have successfully paved our way to the pinnacle of success.

Associated Composite Material (ACM)
Composite material or ballistic material, as it is called, is prepared by combining various high strength fibers to attain maximum strength. Key application areas constitute personal protection, land vehicles and shipboard use. The ballistic components are quite flexible and are combined with other rigid ballistic components for better use.
We provide our clients with personal protection composite material products that are designed for maximum safety in diverse operational conditions. Our bouquet of products comprises of the following:
- Bullet Resistant Jackets: The bullet resistant jackets offered by us, provide all levels of protection up to level IV. What gives them an added appeal is their easy convertibility into inner as well as outer wear. These jackets also have detachable and folded groin pads, neck and collars. They are available in user friendly shapes, sizes and designs for both men and women
- Bullet Resistant Vests: We design tailor made bullet resistant vests as per the needs and requirements of the clients. We also provide an option to the clients for a pocket to accommodate bullet resistant inserts (HAPs) of 250x300mm (10’’x12’’). These vests provide protection up to level III A, against 9mm parabullum. V-neck configuration offers maximum protection and concealing ability
- Bullet Resistant Helmets: These helmets are light weight, approximately 1.2 to 1.3 kgs approx and provide protection up to NIJ level III A. They have a provision for visor attachment and communication gadgets. They are designed to protect against fragments/shrapnel and other ballistic threats with improved comfort and are used by military, special forces and police
- Other Ballistic Protection Items: Single curved HAPs, multi curved HAPs, bullet proof panels, ballistic helmets, armour panels, etc.
- Compression Moulding (Sheet Moulding/Dough Moulding Compounds): Brackets, Insulators, MCB Box & Cover, Tray & Cover for Auto Parts, Railway Windows, Disconnect Insulators, etc.
- Injection Moulding.
CFL Division (Tatva Engineering Pvt. Limited)
The company launched its CFL division in 2008. The company is now going in for backward integration of CFL production by building a manufacturing facility for CFL tubes.
Quality Assurance
Quality is not a mere formality at Associated Lighting Company, but it is a necessity and is something which is always upheld under all circumstances. A-grade quality raw materials are employed for the fabrication of premium quality products. We have been accredited with an ISO 9001:2000 certificate, which in itself speaks volumes about the quality of our products.
Our company has a well equipped in-house testing laboratory, where each product is made to undergo a series of tests and checks. A few of the testing equipments housed by us include Universal Tensile Testing, Izod Impact Tester, Spectrometer, Ultra Sonic Flaw Detector, Non Contact Thickness Gauge, Melt Flow Index, Gloss Tester, Opacity Tester, Spectrometer for Metallurgy, Spectro Analysis, Universal Tensile Testing Machine, etc.
Infrastructure
Associated Lighting Company boasts of a robust infrastructure with an ideal blend of man and machinery. Our internal structure consists of sixteen production lines.
The massive workforce employed by us has immense expertise in handling the latest technology machinery with a large degree of ease and comfort. There are a total of more than 500 professionals designated at departments like Production, Quality Control, R&D, etc. Our state-of-the-art warehouse helps us stock bulk produce to meet all types of market demands.
New Development
We also have a state-of-the-art tooling facility with a joint venture. The facility is backed by a competent Design Team, which designs cost effective products. Our designing facilities include,
